Who we are
This website is run by Sammai Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17507690). Our registered office is 64 Mill Street, Slough, SL2 5DH. Sammai Digital Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at sammai79654@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send the free audit form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, company name, website address, the service you are interested in, your monthly ad budget and your message. If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive whatever you choose to send.
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, prepare your audit and talk to you about working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us and, where you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who handles it for us
The form is sent through our website host, Hostinger, and arrives in an email inbox provided by Google. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them and Google receives your IP address when it does. These providers may process data outside the UK under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
If we go on to work together, we keep your details for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. If we do not, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email sammai79654@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
